Brief musings on shiny indulgences

I love the implied romance and seduction of this piece.  Whose photos could be in each locket?

Antique gold watch fob necklace with a collection of large gold plated lockets. Seven lockets in various shapes and machine tooled designs open for photos. Some engraved with initials, some signed by Marathonâ (vintage locket maker), one E.S. Auroraâ.

Dated September 4, 1919. Largest locket at 1.75”
